Depending on personal experiences, I can say that in dome organization employees are seen to work more time. In most of the cases, extra payment is the reason behind this extra duration. In some other cases, there is no extra payment yet the employees are compelled to give more labor just because there is extra pressure. Another example which can be given n this matter is, employees often work in unsafe and unhygienic condition. It is not that the employee is not aware of the consequences of working in such a condition but they do not protest in the fear of losing their job (Schwartz, 2018).
